Although many Students go and view Units on their own. We encourage you to call the office, for an appointment. ( keep in mind we normally need 24 hrs. for notification )
Our basic policy is that no pets are allowed, but there are some units that we will allow some pets with pet deposits. (check with office)
Security deposits are normally equal to one month's rent. It's possible to add, what would be equivalent to part of, the security deposit into your rent and pay it over the length of the lease ( check with office)
Parental Guarantee/s are normally required for undergraduate leasees.
(check with office) (you can find a Parental Guarantee on this web site) We usually require application/s to be filled out by each Tenant residing in a unit . Keep in mind that you must recieve these application/s from or turn application/s in to John Carty personally. Therefore call for an appointment so that he will be in the office, when you turn in or recieve a application. (you can find an example application on this web site) FYI: The application process does not work on a first come first serve basis. (although this helps).
